Complaints & Appeals
Literasi: Jurnal Madrasah dan Pesantren provides authors, reviewers, readers, and other stakeholders with an opportunity to raise legitimate concerns regarding editorial procedures, publication ethics, peer review, or published content.
Complaints
Complaints should be submitted to the editorial office with a clear description of the concern and relevant supporting information.
Appeals
Authors may appeal an editorial decision when they believe that a significant factual, procedural, or scholarly error affected the decision.
Appeals must provide a reasoned academic justification and should not merely express disagreement with reviewers' recommendations.
Appeals will be evaluated by the Editor-in-Chief or, where appropriate, another editor who was not directly involved in the disputed decision. The journal may seek additional independent assessment when necessary.
Editorial decisions following a formal appeal are considered final.
